Description of weekly classes
Mondays at 12 pm - Yoga Circle I Breathwork Reset
In this class we will be focusing on a breathing technique called circular breathing to help reduce stress, boost immunity and releasing blocked energies, unprocessed emotions/experienced, in a therapeutic way. During the class, you will be guided through this technique, explaining its benefits, possible contra-indications and how to practice it safely.
Wednesdays at 7:45 pm - Yoga Circle I Breathwork for Women
In this class, you’ll explore conscious connected diaphragmatic breathing to reduce stress, release blocked energy, and process emotions. Evelin blends breathwork with coaching tools to support self-awareness, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your body and mind, guiding you safely and step-by-step throughout the session.
Thursdays and Saturdays at 12:30 pm - Oracley I Emotional Release Breathwork
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and let go.This session is designed to help you release built-up stress and gently recharge your energy through guided breathwork.Headphones will be provided to create a deep, immersive experience accompanied by a custom playlist designed to support your journey.
