Sustainable Performance Starts With Regulated Nervous Systems

Ona Breath partners with organizations to reduce burnout, improve employee wellbeing, and support women through hormonal transitions using evidence-informed training, coaching methodologies, and experiential breathwork programs.

Approach

Thriving teams are built on regulated nervous systems and supported employees.

Modern workplaces are fast-paced and demanding, and without the right support, ongoing pressure leads to burnout, disengagement, and reduced collaboration.
We are here to change the game by design and facilitate wellbeing workshops, programs, and workplace events that help teams regulate stress, improve cooperation, and sustain morale over time.

Women's Health

Supporting women’s health at work is not just wellbeing — it’s retention, performance, and inclusion.

About the team

Hi, I’m Evelin — a workplace wellbeing facilitator and breathwork practitioner.

I work with teams and individuals in high-pressure environments, supporting stress regulation, focus, and sustainable ways of working.
I design experiences that help people feel safe, focused, and capable — even in demanding and fast-moving environments.

As a certified coach and trauma-informed breathwork therapist, with a background in corporate environments and live event management, I understanding how sustained pressure, cognitive load, and stress impact performance, collaboration, and motivation — and how the right support can strengthen team dynamics and engagement over time.
